Custom Excel Report Formatting

I have an existing workbook that is almost ready for regular reporting, but its presentation still needs professional polish. I need someone who lives and breathes Excel formatting to tidy up the layout and, most importantly, apply conditional formatting driven by custom formulas. The goal is for key figures to stand out dynamically without any manual intervention each month.

Here is what I expect once we are done:
• Clean, consistent cell styling across every sheet so the report looks cohesive when exported to PDF or printed.
• Custom-formula conditional rules that trigger colour changes, icons, or other visual cues based on thresholds I will provide.
• A short walkthrough (recorded video or clear notes) so I can tweak the rules later if our thresholds change.
