Custom Excel Data Entry VERY EASY

I’m ready to hand over 25 PAGES OF A SIMPLE hand wriiten excel test and tag register. That shows the precise column order, headings and formatting I want. Your task is to type that structure in a new Excel file (I will supply the excel document to type it into! You don't even need to create it.!!) And input the mixed numeric and textual data I supply so it looks and behaves exactly like the example.

Once finished, I should be able to open the file and find every value, label and cell style mirroring the reference sheet without errors or mis-alignments. Please return the completed .xlsx file and keep the layout faithful to the sample I upload.
