Custom Excel Budget Formula Needed

I want a formula with three conditions, I will use it in Cell C5 in sheet STR Benchmarking, it should check the value in B1 from STR Benchmarking sheet, then match it with the value in Row 1 in My_Portfolio_DailySTRBenchmarki sheet, the second condition, to match the value of Cell B5 from STR Benchmarking sheet with the value from Column A in My_Portfolio_DailySTRBenchmarki sheet, the third condition to match the value of C4 from STR Benchmarking sheet, then match it with Row 2 from My_Portfolio_DailySTRBenchmarki sheet, to make sure your formula is correct, it should return the number 52.2 which is in cell W31
