I manage a proprietary data system that needs a dependable hand for ongoing data entry and light analysis. Most of the work involves keying records directly into our custom-built database via a web interface, double-checking for accuracy, and running quick summary queries so I can spot trends in real time.

Here’s what I need from you:
• Enter new records as they arrive, keeping formatting and field naming consistent with our existing structure.
• Validate each entry against source documents before submission.
• Generate simple reports or pivot-style views when I request them so I can track volume, error rates, or category distributions.

You will be given secure credentials, walkthrough videos of the interface, and a data dictionary outlining every field and its acceptable values. Accuracy and attention to detail are critical—typos or mismatched codes break downstream dashboards—so I will review the first batches closely and give you direct feedback. If we work well together, I expect to increase the weekly volume and let you propose efficiency improvements.

Familiarity with spreadsheet tools (Excel or Google Sheets) will help you prep incoming files, but all final work happens inside the custom database. Availability for brief check-ins during my afternoon (UTC-4) is preferred, yet most tasks are flexible enough for you to handle on your own schedule.
