Create my own AI Bot for Media Checks
Budget: $10 – $105 USD
I need a simple, self-contained bot that I will fully own and can build on later. For now, its job is straightforward:
• Scan a list of audio links (either pulled from my website’s pages or a supplied JSON file) and flag any that return silence or fail to play.
• Do the same for embedded videos, letting me know if there is no picture, no sound, or the embed is dead.
• Produce a concise report in either PDF or CSV format at the end of each run.
I am flexible on tech: Python, JavaScript, or any stack you feel is quickest for a lean first version. Clear, well-commented source code and a short README that explains how to run it locally are essential, so I can enhance the bot later with tasks like email alerts or web scraping.
Because my current budget is tight, please keep the initial build limited to the checks and reporting above. Efficiency, accuracy, and clean code matter more to me than extra bells and whistles at this stage.
