Create OTBI Cross-Analysis Filter

I have two existing analyses in Oracle Fusion OTBI that must be filtered together through a single column so I can explore the results side-by-side for deeper data analysis. The goal is to pass a value chosen in one analysis (or a dashboard prompt) directly to the other, ensuring both refresh in sync and stay consistent even when end users drill or pivot.

Here is where I’m at:
• Both analyses are already built and saved in the same dashboard page.
• What’s missing is the joining filter: a prompt or column filter that seamlessly binds them, whether through a master-detail link, a presentation variable, or any method you find most reliable inside OTBI.
• Once complete, I need to understand the steps so I can replicate the approach with future reports.
