Create a JotForm registration with Paypal payment integration that generates e-signature form

Create 4 JotForm registrations for our driving school website.

The purpose is to have students register and pay for classes listed on our website.

1st step: allow students to select class dates/times from a schedule posted on the website.
2nd step: students enter their information
3rd step: student e-signs and submits payment

The registration form would convert into a pre-determined template depending on the type of class chosen. The form would arrive to us via email and copy sent to student.
