Correct Thesis Descriptive Statistics Errors
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I have already run the basic analyses for my thesis, but the descriptive statistics section has been misinterpreted and now reads inconsistently with the underlying numbers. I need a statistician who can step in quickly, check the raw data and formulas, and then rewrite the corresponding narrative so the results are stated accurately.
You will have access to my dataset (CSV and SPSS formats) plus the current draft of the chapter. Your task is to verify every mean, median, SD, range and percentage I report; confirm that the interpretation matches the figures; and flag any wording that over- or under-states what the data show.
Deliverables:
• A clean set of corrected tables (Word or Excel)
• A revised results write-up for the descriptive statistics subsection, ready to paste into the thesis
• A brief change log explaining what was incorrect and how you fixed it
Please mention the software you prefer (SPSS, R, Stata, or Excel) and give a short example of a similar correction job you have done so I can gauge fit and turnaround time.
