I have three separate source workbooks that need to flow into one destination sheet in Excel. The destination columns are already clearly labeled, yet the source labels don’t line up perfectly, so a thoughtful mapping step is required before anything is copied over.

Because the source sheets follow different structures, you will need to reshape and normalise them first, then merge them. The bulk of the work is combining data from multiple sheets rather than rewriting formulas; in fact, all existing calculations in the destination file must remain untouched.

You are welcome to rely on native Excel features—Power Query, dynamic arrays, named ranges, or straightforward cell references—so long as the final workbook:
• pulls every value across accurately,
• respects the label alignment shown in the destination sheet, and
• leaves every pre-built calculation working exactly as it does now.

Once the mapping is complete, send back:
1. The updated Excel file with live links or queries in place.
2. A brief note (can be on a separate tab) outlining which source columns feed each destination field, so the mapping logic is easy to audit.

That is all I need to move forward. If anything in the source data looks inconsistent, call it out before finalising the merge; otherwise, go ahead and build the clean, consolidated sheet.
