Convert Paper Tables to Excel
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I have more than ten sheets of printed tables that combine text labels with numerical values. I need every table reproduced faithfully in a Microsoft Excel workbook so the digital version mirrors the paper layout and content.
Accuracy is paramount: numbers must stay exactly as written, text labels must be spelled the same, and the row-column structure shouldn’t shift. Where a table spans multiple pages, keep it together on a single worksheet so it is easy to filter and analyse later. Basic cell formatting (bold headers, column widths, date or currency formats) should match what you see on the page—nothing fancy, just a clean, readable replica.
Deliverables
• One .xlsx file containing a separate worksheet for each original table
• A quick check summary noting any illegible values or unclear handwriting you encounter
I will scan and supply the pages as high-resolution PDFs. Once you send back the completed file, I’ll spot-check a few tables; if everything lines up, we’re done.
