Contact Database Overhaul
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
I need an organized individual to review and update my 5000 contacts and add new contacts as they come in with notes. The initial work will be supported by me to help focus/delete certain contacts. Eventually will want regular support, probably monthly to update the latest contacts.
Key Tasks:
- Validate existing contacts
- Find new positions/companies for outdated contacts
- Update spreadsheet/contact card
- Capture new business cards with notes
- Enter new contacts into Apple database
Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency with Apple & Outlook Contacts
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience managing and organizing databases
- Ability to provide a detailed project proposal, how will you go about validating the contact, find new details if required, not use too much time on contacts that can not be found.
