ProjectX is a an online App/Web platform designed to help professionals capture, organize, and present their career accomplishments as they happen rather than trying to reconstruct them years later when preparing for annual reviews, promotions, job searches, or career transitions.
The purpose of this research is not to validate whether people like the idea in theory. The purpose is to determine whether there is sufficient market demand and willingness to adopt or pay for such a solution to justify additional investment in product development.

What tools or methods do professionals currently use to track career accomplishments?
How significant is the pain point associated with annual reviews, résumé updates, promotions, and career transitions?

Would professionals be willing to use a dedicated career management platform?
Would professionals be willing to pay for such a platform, either directly or through employer sponsorship?
