Construction Risk Assessment Database
Budget: $750 – $1,500 AUD
I need a Microsoft Access database to generate site-specific construction risk assessment reports. The reports must include:
- Details as per the attached word document example
Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Access
- Experience in database design
- Familiarity with construction safety protocols
I want to be able to create reports similar to the attached word document using prepopulated job steps, hazards and controls with the option to edit the controls for site specifics e.g. worksite may be controlled with temporary fencing or may just use bollards and flagging. I am currently having to cut and paste from previous documents depending on what the hazards are but this requires me to remember previous jobs and what we did. I can populate the actual details/controls etc - don't require content - but i need development help to create an appropriate database and forms.
