Condo Survey Design & Analysis

I need help turning a single-issue questionnaire into a clean, professional SurveyMonkey experience for our 96-unit condominium association. The goal is simple: gather honest opinions on six community-improvement options, then understand how owners rank them.

Here is exactly what I’m looking for:

• Build a SurveyMonkey poll that explains each of the six options clearly and uses a ranking question so owners can drag-and-drop their preferred order.
• Draft the email invitation (and one friendly reminder) that I will send through our association list; distribution will be strictly by email invitation, no alternative channels needed.
• Monitor response rates over the one-week window and alert me if numbers lag so we can nudge owners.
• Export the raw data, analyze the rankings, and deliver a concise summary report with charts or tables that make the results immediately understandable to our Board.

You can lean on any of SurveyMonkey’s built-in analytics, but I expect the final report in PDF plus the CSV/XLSX download for our records. If you have a smart way to visualize ranking data—heat maps, bar charts, etc.—all the better.

Clear communication, an eye for survey logic, and a quick turnaround will make this project a success.
