Comprehensive Local SEO Overhaul

I’m looking to elevate the entire search presence of my local company and need someone who can own every layer of the process—on-page, off-page, and the deeper technical work that holds it all together. Because I don’t yet have an SEO audit, the engagement will start with a full diagnostic of the site and the competitive landscape. From there, I’ll need hands-on implementation: tuning metadata and internal linking, building credible local backlinks, and addressing the key technical hurdles—site-speed optimisation, mobile-friendliness, as well as indexing and crawling issues that are limiting visibility.

I expect you to work comfortably with standard tools such as Google Search Console, PageSpeed Insights, Screaming Frog, and any reputable link-analysis or reporting platforms you prefer. Clear communication, concise reporting, and data-driven recommendations are essential so I can see how each change contributes to rankings, traffic, and local conversions.
