I have a spreadsheet that mixes text and numeric fields across several columns, and it has become cluttered with a few problems that now block reliable analysis. The tasks are straightforward but must be done with care inside Excel (Power Query or VBA are fine if they help):

• Remove every duplicate entry without losing any unique row
• Detect and resolve missing values—either by flagging them or applying a sensible fill strategy we can agree on up-front
• Standardise all inconsistent or incorrect formatting so dates, numbers, and text follow one clear convention
