I need a clean, professional capitalization table built from scratch. The file should capture every current shareholder and outside investor, clearly showing the number of shares each holds, their exact percentage ownership, and the class or type of those shares. Once the table is set up, I’ll only need updates on an as-needed basis—no fixed monthly or quarterly schedule.
