Comprehensive CNG Pump Ledger

I need a single Excel workbook that becomes the financial nerve-centre for my CNG pump. Each day my staff will key data in manually, and from that one action I want the file to do the rest: post every cash expense, company statement and daily sales figure straight into the correct ledgers, then roll everything up into clear summary reports I can review at a glance.
