Comprehensive Business Analysis Package -- 2

Over the next few weeks I need support on four tightly-linked analysis and documentation tasks.

First, I will hand over 12 months of raw sales data. I want you to clean it, surface Total revenue, Sales growth rate and Product-wise performance, and present everything in a well-structured Excel dashboard. Please make the dashboard interactive enough for non-technical users (slicers, drop-downs, clear visuals) and leave the underlying formulas transparent so my team can maintain it later.

Second, help me map our current [process name] workflow. That means interviewing or shadowing colleagues from the Sales department, Operations team and Customer service, drawing an as-is flow, calling out any measurable bottlenecks, then recommending three to five concrete improvements with an estimate of their potential impact on cycle time or cost.

Third, I need concise market intelligence. Research five named competitors in the [industry] space, compare their pricing, feature sets and positioning, and boil everything down into a two-page summary that includes a clear comparison table I can drop straight into a management deck.

Finally, based on stakeholder conversations I will schedule, draft a requirements document for our upcoming [new software/feature]. I’m looking for properly structured user stories with acceptance criteria that a development team can pick up immediately.
