Comprehensive Aviation Industry Excel Database
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am looking to hire 2 detail-oriented and committed freelancers to build a complete Excel database of companies in the aviation industry from the USA (all 50 states), Canada, Hawaii (and nearby territories), Africa, Australia, all Spanish-speaking countries, and Asia.
The goal is to gather verified contact and business information for:
End user companies (airlines, charter services, etc.)
Private and commercial aircraft owners
MROs / Repair stations
Aviation parts and aircraft manufacturers
Other aviation-related businesses
The required Excel fields are:
Name of company
Website
Sales/Office phone number
Company email (sales/general contact preferred)
Country & state (or region)
Type of company (airline, MRO, manufacturer, private owner, etc.)
Company purpose/what they do (1–2 lines max)
Requirements:
The file must be well-organized and formatted clearly by region/country.
You must provide a sample of at least 20 companies (with complete data) to show that you understand the scope and format before the full project starts.
No excuses for why a state, country, or region is left incomplete.
You must be flexible and willing to adjust the format or details as requested. If I give feedback, I expect changes made quickly and respectfully.
If the work is done incorrectly or not in the format I requested, I will ask for corrections before releasing any milestone.
Accuracy is key. I will verify the entries before approval.
