Comparing SAR Efficiency Across Economies

While definitive global statistics comparing the effectiveness of search and rescue (SAR) operations between developed and underdeveloped communities are limited, research consistently shows significant disparities . The foundational hypothesis is that communities with more resources—technological, infrastructural, and organizational—will demonstrate higher SAR effectiveness, measured by faster response times, higher survival rates, and more efficient resource deployment. Hypotheses on SAR effectiveness Primary hypothesis: Resource disparity There is a positive correlation between a community's economic development level and the effectiveness of its SAR operations. Communities with higher economic development will have better-funded and better-equipped SAR systems, leading to more efficient and successful rescue missions.

Everything that I’m doing in this research process is pointing towards a hypothesis. Now in order to do that you make sure that, you should explore and determine the topic on hand and how problematic it's been to search and rescue operations. How would you test that, with what data, and what is problematic mean? What I would like to see is a hypothesis that's stated clearly and concisely using the scientific notation of hypothesis zero or one. One is the empty hypothesis and the other is clearly the hypothesis that you're hoping to prove. So the null hypothesis and the proven hypothesis are important, so please structure the hypotheses properly.
