Compare Two Excel URL Lists
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I have two Excel workbooks, each holding a column of URLs. I need them lined up so I can instantly see which addresses exist in one list but not the other. Here is what I want done:
• Sort both lists so the URLs are in the same order, making direct comparison easy.
• Identify every URL that does not have a match in the opposite list.
• Place those unmatched URLs in a brand-new worksheet within the same file, clearly labelled (for example, “Missing URLs”). The original sheets must remain untouched apart from the sorting.
A quick formula solution is fine, but if a small VBA macro or Power Query step makes the process cleaner, go for it—just be sure the workbook arrives ready for me to refresh or reuse with future lists. Accuracy is key: I will run a spot-check against my source files to confirm that no URL slips through.
