Comparative Study on Trade Policies
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
Students collaborate in small groups to research one PESTLE factor affecting business in a
specific country. Students will conduct a detailed analysis of the assigned topic. Each group
will prepare a comprehensive report and submit it by the deadline.
Objective:
To explore the external business environment of a specific country using one PESTLE
factor.
Brief Instructions
• Form groups of 5-6 students.
• Choose a country and focus on one PESTLE factor (Political, Economic, Social,
Technological, Legal, Environmental).
• Your analysis should cover how each factor affects or influences the topic. Be sure to
include real-life examples, current data, and references to credible sources.
• Students have to upload the completed work in the Google Classroom
Detailed Instructions
Research:
- Gather recent and relevant data, statistics, and examples (from the last 3–5 years).
- Use credible sources such as peer-reviewed journals, government publications, industry
reports, and reliable news media.
3. PESTLE Analysis Structure:
- Political: Policies, trade agreements, political stability.
- Economic: Growth, inflation, exchange rates.
- Social: Demographics, education, culture.
- Technological: Innovations, automation.
- Legal: Laws, compliance, labor regulations.
- Environmental: Sustainability, climate change.
4. Report Requirements:
- Length: 2,000–2,500 words.
- Formatting: Times New Roman, size 12, 1.5 spacing, 1-inch margins.
- Sections: Title Page, Table of Contents, Introduction, Detailed PESTLE Analysis,
Conclusion, References (APA format).
