Position: Skip Tracer / Lead Research Assistant

We are seeking a Skip Tracer / Research Assistant to help locate accurate ownership and contact information for commercial and multi-story properties.

What You’ll Do:
-Research property ownership using public records, databases, and online tools
-Identify landlords, property managers, or authorized decision-makers
-Gather verified contact details (phone, email, business address)
-Cross-check and validate data accuracy
-Organize findings into structured reports or spreadsheets
-Support outreach efforts by providing clean, actionable lead data

What We’re Looking For:
-Proven experience in skip tracing, lead research, or data sourcing
-Strong research and analytical skills
-Familiarity with property records, business listings, or people-finder tools
-High attention to detail and data accuracy
-Ability to work discreetly and professionally

Nice to Have:
Experience researching commercial real estate or facility ownership
Understanding of how to identify true decision-makers
