I have a set of raw clinical study materials—protocols, data tables, investigator notes, and preliminary statistical outputs—that now need to be shaped into a cohesive, publication-ready medical report. The assignment is strictly technical writing: transforming the information into a clear, logically structured document that can stand up to peer review and regulatory scrutiny.
The focus is clinical research, so every section must align with standard report architecture (abstract, methodology, results, discussion, safety data, references) and comply with ICH-GCP and, where relevant, CONSORT guidance. Accuracy of medical terminology, consistency of units, and evidence-based citation are essential.
Key deliverables
• A polished main report in MS Word (with tables and figures placed or cross-referenced correctly).
• An executive summary (≈1,000 words) for non-technical stakeholders.
• One round of revisions after my in-house review.
Source files will be provided in Excel, Word, and PDF; please be comfortable extracting figures from those formats. Familiarity with EndNote or similar reference managers will streamline the citation process.
I will supply all data under a signed NDA and expect an initial outline within three days, the first complete draft within ten, and the final version one week after feedback. Clear, precise language and strict confidentiality are non-negotiable for this project.
