Clean & Report Sales Data

I have several Excel/CSV files holding raw sales data that need to be made presentation-ready. The job starts with a thorough cleanup: consolidating the files, rooting out obvious issues such as duplicate rows, inconsistent date or currency formats, and any other anomalies you discover during inspection.

Once the data is streamlined, I’d like an easy-to-understand report that highlights the main trends—totals by product and region, monthly performance, anything that immediately jumps out when the numbers are organised properly. A clear dashboard or set of pivot tables inside the same workbook is perfect; a short PDF summary is a welcome extra if it helps tell the story at a glance.

Deliverables
• A cleaned, single Excel/CSV dataset ready for analysis
• An accompanying sales report or dashboard generated from that dataset
• Brief notes outlining the steps taken so I can replicate or audit the process later

Accuracy and transparency are critical, so please document every transformation you apply. If you spot edge cases that need a judgement call, flag them before proceeding so we stay aligned.
