Clean & Reorganize Dairy Dataset

i have a one excel sheet with 60,000 entrys it have
dairy name , review count , address , mobile number , website ,pin code

i want as per under from freelancers

1. ❌ Same dairy + same address → remove duplicates
2. ✅ Same dairy name + different address → KEEP because it is outlets of dairys
3. Pin code wise data
for example
PIN CODE : 380001
--------------------------------
Dairy Name | Review | Address | Phone | Website , pincode
Dairy A | 120 | (address ending with 380001)
Dairy B | 45 | (address ending with 380001)

PIN CODE : 380002
--------------------------------
Dairy X | 89 | (address ending with 380002)
