My current workbook is crammed with several months of financial data and it now opens slowly, crashes often, and makes even the simplest analysis painful. I need the file streamlined so I can focus on the numbers instead of wrestling with the spreadsheet.
Here’s what has to happen: all duplicate entries must disappear, the remaining data needs to be reorganized by category, and smart formulas or functions should replace today’s manual calculations. Once the clean-up is finished I want to slice results quickly with pivot tables or similar tools, so please structure the data in a way that supports that.
Deliverables I’ll review for acceptance
• A single, lighter workbook that opens without lag
• Data laid out by category in a clear, normalized structure (no merged cells or hidden surprises)
• Robust formulas and (where useful) dynamic ranges or Power Query steps, clearly documented in-cell or with a short note sheet
