Clean Numeric Spreadsheet Entries

I have a set of spreadsheets packed with numeric figures that must be transferred into our main file, but they need a proper cleanup first. Your job is to pull the numbers from each sheet, make sure every value follows a consistent format (no stray symbols, empty rows, or mis-keyed digits), remove obvious errors or duplicates, and then place the polished data back into a single, ready-to-use spreadsheet.

I already have the source files in Excel/CSV format, so you can stay in familiar territory with Excel, Google Sheets, or even Power Query if that speeds things up. Accuracy is more important than speed: every total in the final sheet must match the original intent of the source.

Deliverables:
• A consolidated spreadsheet containing only the cleaned numeric data
• A brief change log noting any rows you removed or corrected
