50K Clean Hair-Care Email List

I am preparing an email campaign for FullyVital’s hair-care line and need a ready-to-send list of 50,000 contacts. Every address must belong to consumers who are genuinely interested in hair care, live in North America, and fall within the 35 and over age range. The list has to be thoroughly scrubbed—no spam traps, no duplicates, no role accounts, and no previously blacklisted domains—so I can import it straight into my ESP without risking deliverability or compliance issues.

I expect each contact to be opt-in and sourced ethically, with proof of consent available if required for CAN-SPAM or CASL checks. Standard fields such as email, first name, last name, state/province, and an optional interest or gender tag will let me segment the offer once it lands in my database.

Deliverables (acceptance criteria):
