Clean & Format Excel Data

I have several Excel workbooks containing a mix of text and numerical fields that need to be prepared for downstream reporting. The files are in their raw state right now—columns mis-aligned, dates stored as text, duplicates sprinkled throughout, and inconsistent naming conventions. Your task is pure data cleaning and formatting: remove duplicates, standardise text and number formats, fix date issues, and leave each sheet tidy and analysis-ready.

You may use native Excel functions, Power Query, VBA, or any other approach you prefer, as long as the final result stays in .xlsx format and is easy for me to review.

Deliverables
• A fully cleaned and consistently formatted workbook for each source file
• A short change log (or separate sheet) summarising the main transformations applied
