Clean Email List Fast

I have a 754 KB text file packed with email addresses that are cluttered with stray characters— “<”, “>”, quote marks, commas, hash symbols, percent signs, and the like. I need every address scrubbed of those extra marks, de-duplicated, and placed one per row in a plain .txt document, separated by tabs. No special ordering is necessary and all domain extensions must stay intact.
This is a quick one-hour turnaround. My working range is $20–30 for a rock-solid result and a concise summary of what you did once the file is delivered.
Acceptance will be based on:
• All unwanted characters removed
• No duplicates left
• Tab-separated, one email per line
• File returned within the agreed hour
