China Legal Records Research

Job ID: 40521318

Budget: $15 – $25 USD

I need a meticulous researcher who can dig into reliable Chinese-language sources and confirm the litigation, bankruptcy, and media standing of both companies and private individuals that I will name.

For each entity, I’m primarily interested in:
• Court judgments and verdicts already handed down (ongoing cases are not required).
• Bankruptcy discharge status, including any formal court notices that the debtor has been released from obligations.
• Mainstream and industry-specific news coverage that could influence commercial or reputational risk.

What the finished work should look like
1. A concise, well-structured report for every entity, written in clear English.
2. Source links (or PDF screenshots if a site blocks direct links) to every data point so I can verify it myself.
3. Chinese originals quoted or attached, followed by your short English summary.
4. All dates, case numbers, court names and monetary amounts accurately transcribed.

Acceptance criteria
• Every fact is traceable to an authoritative source such as China Judgments Online, the National Enterprise Bankruptcy Information Disclosure Platform, official court announcements, or recognised media outlets.
• No untranslated Chinese text stands alone—each item must be summarised in English.
• Reports are logically organised (litigation, bankruptcy, media) and free of spelling or formatting errors.
• Turnaround and file format (Word or Excel) agreed in advance for each batch.

If you already have access to paid Chinese legal databases, please mention it when you respond; otherwise open-source methods are fine as long as the results are verifiable. High attention to detail is essential—I will spot-check every entry before approving the milestone.
