Care Home Owners Contact List

I’m putting together a targeted list of care home providers that sit within my chosen postcode radius (home address + 15 miles). I need direct access to the senior decision-makers—ideally the registered owner or director—so I can approach them about leasing additional properties to them on long-term agreements.

Here’s what the finished file must contain for every qualifying home:
• Owner / director’s full name, job title, email and direct phone number (or switchboard if no direct).
• Company name exactly as shown on the CQC register.
• Total number of care homes they currently operate.
• Years the company has been in business (from Companies House or CQC history).
• Care home address, postcode and distance from my location.

CQC should be the primary source; LinkedIn, Companies House and any reputable care directories can backfill gaps so the contact information is as current and accurate as possible.

The output can be an Excel or Google Sheet with clear, filterable columns. I’ll share my postcode once we start. Please keep notes of any homes you exclude and why (e.g., outside radius, no owner details available) so I can see the full picture.
