Candidate Filtering Excel Automation
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I have a large Excel file filled with candidate applications. I will provide clear rules—age limits, minimum education level, required English-test thresholds, plus a few additional yes/no conditions. Your task is to:
• Apply those rules to the full dataset and return a clean list of only the qualified applicants.
• Present the results in a new Excel workbook, organised as a summary report that includes easy-to-read charts highlighting key metrics (e.g., age distribution, education mix, average test scores).
• Keep the underlying table filterable so I can adjust or double-check entries later.
• Explanation of each formula and who to apply it.
A straightforward approach with formulas, advanced filters, or a lightweight VBA macro is fine as long as it stays within one file and runs without extra add-ins. I’ll share the source workbook once we start; you hand back the filtered sheet and the visual summary.
