Canadian SMB M&A Dataset
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
I need a structured dataset that captures every small-to-medium Canadian company you can locate—across tech, healthcare, finance, and any other sector—and pairs that basic directory with a clear story of each firm’s mergers and acquisitions.
Here is what has to be captured and how it should be delivered:
• A master spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets) listing every identified SMB.
• Columns for: company name, postal address, phone, general e-mail, website, industry tag, headcount or revenue band (when available), and a concise company profile.
• A dedicated section—either additional columns or a separate tab—for every M&A event tied to that company: date announced/closed, counter-party, deal type (merger, acquisition, divestiture, etc.), reported or estimated value, and most importantly the citation link.
• Acceptable sources include public filings, federal or provincial registries, reputable news outlets, and official company press releases or investor pages. If you discover reliable alternative sources, feel free to use them; just cite each one beside the corresponding transaction.
I will review a sample slice before you run the full scrape to confirm layout and depth meet expectations. Data accuracy, clean formatting, and a live URL for every M&A record are the key acceptance criteria.
