CSV Product Data Refresh
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I have an existing CSV catalogue that needs a precise refresh for 270 items. You’ll receive an Excel sheet that contains the correct reference numbers, descriptions, prices, brands and a brief note on each product.
Your task is straightforward: search the CSV for each item by reference number or, if that fails, by description. When there’s a match, simply overwrite the price and swap in a new image URL you source online (use clear, high-resolution photos that show the product front-on). If the item is missing entirely, clone any entry from the same brand and edit its fields so it mirrors the data in my Excel sheet.
Should you notice a description that is close but not identical, go ahead and replace it with the exact wording from the sheet—you can check back with me if necessary. Every image URL must be referenced correctly in the image column. Updated product should be active (1) while other products under the same brand should be inactive(0)
Deliverables
• Updated CSV containing all 220 products—new lines added where necessary
• Price before and after tax are the same and shown in Naira
Quantity of each product should be 15
I’ll validate the file by importing it into our system, so please keep column order and delimiters intact. Let me know your expected turnaround and any clarifications you need before getting started.
