I am setting up a new venture and my first priority is to map out the current and emerging trends in Bulgaria’s telecom sector. I need a reliable assistant who can dive into publicly available data, analyst reports, regulatory filings, local news outlets, and social-media chatter, then distill everything into clear, actionable insights.

Scope of work
• Capture hard numbers on subscriber growth, ARPU, technology adoption (5G, fibre, IoT), and any government initiatives that may reshape the landscape.
• Track new product launches, pricing moves, and partnership announcements from the main operators as they relate to those trends.
• Highlight consumer behaviour shifts—pre-paid vs post-paid, data bundle demand, digital-only channels, etc.
• Deliver a structured, English-language report each week (Word or Google Doc is fine) along with the key data tables in Excel/Sheets so I can play with the numbers directly.

This is a long-term engagement; once we have the trend baseline in place there will be follow-up tasks such as deeper competitor analysis or customer surveys, but for now the focus is 100 % on market-trend research and detailed reporting. Familiarity with Bulgarian sources, basic financial interpretation, and a knack for turning raw facts into a narrative are essential.
