Build Beginner Data Analysis Course
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I am assembling a complete, beginner-friendly data-analysis curriculum and need someone to create every learning asset from scratch. The course should open with five solid weeks of statistics fundamentals, then transition into practical data-analysis techniques and finish with an applied block on SPSS. I want the learning experience to feel dynamic, so each lesson must be delivered through interactive modules rather than passive video or static text.
Scope of work
• Write clear, concise PDF lesson notes and matching slide decks for every class.
• Develop the interactive modules (think SCORM package, HTML5, Jupyter Notebook with widgets—whichever best fits) so students can explore concepts hands-on while progressing.
• Design weekly homework, graded quizzes, and two formal exams (mid-course and final) with answer keys.
• Craft several hands-on data projects that grow in complexity; at least one should serve as a capstone using real-world datasets inside SPSS.
• Provide step-by-step instructor guides, solutions, and any dataset or code files used.
Flow & timing
Weeks 1-5: Descriptive stats, probability, distributions, hypothesis testing.
Weeks 6-10: Data wrangling, visualization, exploratory analysis, regression.
Weeks 11-14: SPSS workflows—importing data, running analyses, interpreting outputs.
Week 15: Capstone project presentation materials.
Deliverables will arrive neatly organised in a folder structure (PDFs, PPTX, interactive module files, .sav datasets, solutions) ready for immediate upload to an LMS.
