Bank Statement Processing and Analytics Tool

I need a tool/process developed that allows me to upload scanned bank statements up to 200/300 pages at a time into a process/tool which will converts the information in a clean Excel worksheet which will have all the listed transactions. Must to able to do this offline due to sensitive nature of information. The following headings are needed - Date (dd-mm-yyyy), Transaction Type, Description, Money Out, Money In and Balance. Should be able to adapt to the different ways that banks display their information and I have samples that can be used for this process. Needs to be very accurate and working very quickly so that when I upload the bank statements into this process it takes a couple of minutes or less to get the desired results in Excel. It should also allow for spurious sheets of information that may have been scanned but do not contain the relevant information and can therefore be ignored.

Once this information is converted into Excel, it will need analysing and interpreting so a Power Query or Analytics is needed to highlight any key trend, repetition, anomalies, spurious one of incidents as well as categorisation of ingoing and outgoing spends. Any graphical or visual representation is required to tell a story.
