BMW Global Analysis Dashboard Development

I developed an interactive BMW Global Sales Analysis Dashboard using Microsoft Excel to analyze sales performance across different regions, models, and time periods.
The goal of the project was to transform raw sales data into a clear and insightful dashboard that helps users quickly understand business performance and trends.
In this project, I performed data cleaning and transformation, then used Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts, and slicers to create an interactive dashboard.
The dashboard includes key metrics such as:
*Total Units Sold
*Total Revenue
*Average Car Price
*Total Models Sold
It also provides deeper insights through visualizations like:
*Monthly sales trend analysis
*Sales comparison by region
*Revenue distribution by car model
*EV growth trend over multiple years
*Fuel price vs sales correlation analysis
To improve usability, I added interactive filters for Year, Month, Region, and Model, allowing users to dynamically explore the data and gain meaningful insights.
