Automated Monthly Semrush Exports
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I manage a Dutch website and track eight direct competitors. To keep our marketing decisions data-driven, I need a reliable way to pull the same set of Semrush reports every month—always in English, and delivered in both CSV and Excel so my colleagues can choose their preferred format.
Once you have helped me configure the saved reports and schedule the exports, the ongoing work becomes straightforward: produce a clean monthly summary file for each dataset and drop them in our shared folder on the agreed date.
The data sets I need each month are:
Backlink overview (new, lost, toxic) incl. authority score for my site and 8 competitors
Organic keyword rankings (top 50–100, positions, volume, difficulty, trends)
Keyword/content gap tables with quick win opportunities (high volume, low difficulty)
New keywords gained by competitors (with search volume, difficulty, ranking trend)
Site Audit results with key warnings, errors, SEO health score
Top traffic-generating pages (my site + competitors)
Competitor overview: backlinks, top keywords, top pages, overlap
Backlink targets list: domains (authority >40) linking to competitors but not to us
Monthly delta: new/lost backlinks & keywords compared with previous month
Toxic link early warning: separate list of spammy domains
Acceptance criteria
All reports exported on the same calendar day each month
Files named consistently (YYYY-MM-ReportType) and delivered in both .csv and .xlsx
No missing columns compared with the first approved export
Format should stay consistent so data can be imported into Looker Studio
Competitor exports should highlight newly gained keywords for fresh opportunities
Optional: simple summary tab or pivot for quick month-to-month comparison
For bidders:
Please share examples of previous Semrush exports and confirm your price for the setup report and your price for repeat/on-demand exports. After the initial setup, this should become a long-term routine engagement, so clarity and repeatability are essential.
