Automated Inventory Excel Reports

I have several existing Excel spreadsheets that track our inventory, and I want to turn them into professional, refresh-on-demand reports. The end goal is a single workbook (or a small, well-linked set) that anyone on the team can open, hit Refresh, and instantly see clean, up-to-date figures.
Here’s what I need done:
• Build robust pivot tables that summarise quantities on hand, stock movements, and reorder points.
• Use Power Query to automate data loads and any required data-cleanup steps so we never have to copy-paste again.
• Apply consistent, easy-to-read formatting—colours, number formats, conditional highlights—so trends and exceptions stand out at a glance.
Source files will remain Excel-based, so everything must run natively inside the Microsoft 365 environment with no external connectors. I’ll provide sample workbooks and a short data dictionary; you return a streamlined report file, a brief “how-to-refresh” note, and any M-code or VBA you add clearly commented.
