Automated Excel Stock Ledger -- 2

I need a single, self-contained Excel workbook that keeps an exact, running record of every kilogram of material that moves in or out of our godown. The heart of the file will be a normalized table fed through a user-friendly data-entry form; once a user logs quantity in or out and tags it by batch and process stage, the workbook should immediately update all balances without any extra clicks.

Daily summary reports are a must. Each morning the file has to refresh itself and create clear, filterable Excel sheets that show opening stock, receipts, issues, and closing stock for the previous day. All calculations, lookups, and refresh actions should be automated with VBA so that non-technical staff simply open the file and see the latest figures—no manual pivots, no accidental formula breaks.
