Automated Excel Invoicing & Stockout Workbook
Budget: ₹600 – ₹3,000 INR
I need a single, well-structured Excel workbook that handles two connected tasks:
1. Invoice generation
The first sheet should let me enter—or, even better, pull in automatically—customer information, product details, quantities, rates and payment terms. A clean “Generate” button should compile those inputs into a nicely formatted invoice, then save each invoice as an individual PDF file in a folder of my choosing. I want the whole flow to run with minimal clicks, so leverage formulas, VBA or Power Query for automatic data entry wherever practical.
2. Stock-out monitoring
A second sheet must track monthly stock-out events, but grouped by product category. At a glance I should be able to see which categories ran out and when. A scheduled report that rolls up these figures—say at month-end—would be ideal, feeding directly from the same data so nothing needs re-typed.
Deliverables
• Fully functioning workbook with protected formulas/macros
• Automated invoice template that exports to PDF
• Stock-out log organised by product category with month-end summary report
• Brief setup note explaining how to refresh data and adjust schedules
If you can knock this out efficiently, let’s talk timing and any questions you have about layout or fields.
