Automate Weekly Sales Pivot Reports

Each Monday I pull a raw stock-and-sales file from our portal and spend far too long massaging it into shape for the team. I want that manual process gone.
The workbook you build should ingest the weekly feed, tidy the data, and refresh a set of pivot tables that instantly show:
• Sales TY vs LY by week
• Sales YTD TY vs LY
• Stock on hand for each of our 17 stores
On top of the pivots I also need three calculated views: current rate of sale, weeks of cover derived from that rate, and a ranked list of top-selling SKUs.
The final deliverable is a single Excel file—Power Query, VBA, or another script is up to you—that lets me drop in the new data, hit Refresh, and have every pivot, metric, and chart update automatically. If I can accomplish the whole refresh cycle in under a minute, the project is a success.
