Automate Excel Dashboards & Statistical Analysis

I have a growing workbook that currently relies on manual updates for weekly reports. I’d like it to refresh itself: new raw data drops in, and the dashboards and charts immediately rebuild without any extra clicks. The core of this project is automating the reporting layer—pivot-style summaries, interactive slicers, and visual dashboards—while embedding the statistical analysis I already perform by hand (trend lines, variance metrics, simple regressions, and other descriptive statistics).
You are free to lean on the usual Excel power tools—Power Query for data ingestion and cleanup, dynamic array functions, VBA or Office Scripts for any routine that still needs code, and Power Pivot or native pivot tables for the model itself. What matters is that the end result runs inside Excel alone and stays easy for me to maintain or extend.
Deliverables
• A single workbook (or a clearly separated template + data file) that auto-updates all reports and charts as soon as new source data is pasted or connected
• Built-in statistical calculations matching my current manual process, with formulas visible and documented
• A brief hand-off guide or screencast showing how to refresh, add fields, and troubleshoot
