Automate Daily Customer Reports

I have a growing customer-data workbook in Excel and I need it to produce clean, consistent reports every single day without manual intervention. The job is to enhance the current file with an automated workflow that:

• Pulls in the latest customer records from the existing data table or an external source if linked
• Refreshes any pivot tables, charts or formulas involved in the summary
• Generates a polished report (Excel sheet and optional PDF export) at the press of a single button, or on an automatic schedule if practical
• Saves the output to a designated folder with a date-stamped filename so I can archive results effortlessly

Whether you choose VBA macros, Power Query, Power Pivot, or another native Excel approach, the end product should be easy for a non-technical user to maintain and extend. Clear inline comments and a brief hand-off note explaining how to adjust the reporting window or data range will be appreciated.
