Auto Parts Compatibility Expert Needed

Task: Linking Auto Parts to Vehicles
There is a product database (~20,000 items), which includes auto parts and related products (washer fluids, car chemicals, etc.).
Main Goal:
Implement a system to determine compatibility between auto parts and vehicles based on international part numbers (Part Number / OEM / article).
Input Data:
Product database (~20,000 items)
Each product has an international part number (OEM / Part Number / article)
Scope of Work:
For each auto part:
Determine which vehicles it fits
(Make, model, year, modification — if possible)
Build a relationship:
Part → list of compatible vehicles
Deliver as:
table (CSV / Excel), or
database structure (e.g. PostgreSQL), or
integration for a website (e.g. OpenCart)
Expected Result:
Data or system where each part is linked to compatible vehicles
Output format is negotiable
Notes:
Filtering products is NOT required — focus is on solving compatibility for auto parts
Allowed approaches:

parsing/scraping
any available data sources
Priority: accuracy and scalability
