AI-Assisted Real Estate Data Extraction and Enrichment
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Hi, I have a need a simple data extraction, analysis and enrichment tool. The goal is to take data of Properties For Sale (from a PDF or Webpage), and perhaps with the use of AI, convert it into easy to manage/edit Excel file.
The task is the research real estate properties for sale by local state and county websites.
It will require you to:
a) Convert PDF data into structure Excel file
b) Use local County, State tax assessor websites to to soruce and identify the Parcel Number for each property and produce the actual legal street number and mailing address.
c) Get an estimate price/value of the property (Zillow, Realtor.com, Redfin)
d) Get map view and street view of the property (Google maps)
e) Identify the property type (i.e Single-family, Land, etc.). I will provide a list.
f) Identify the property details (i.e 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, square foot, etc.). Will provide complete list.
If I provide you with a sample file. Could you do this work?
